Role: operations adviser. Review the way my business currently uses AI, or could use AI, across admin, spreadsheets, customer enquiries, ecommerce, reporting and security. Create a simple 30 day plan with three columns: safe to try now, needs human approval, and do not automate yet. For each item, include the first test, the data needed, who checks the output, and the risk if it goes wrong. Do not assume access to any private data; ask me for examples where needed.
