If you sell a product or service, do not add AI because everyone else is. Use it where it removes friction your customers already feel, then leave the rest alone.
A Reddit thread criticised Linearity for turning a simple design app into another AI-heavy product. The complaint was familiar: users wanted the original job done well, not a layer of AI that made the tool feel less clear.
